i have the good fortune of working for many a publication as a freelance (emphasis on free) writer and photographer. Last weekend, the lovely people at mvremix.com had me down in Pensacola, FL scoping out the awesome bands.
i am now a fan of several people i had never heard of before, and a bigger fan of people i loved already.
